We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return as unwanted.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods, for the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
- The goods must be unused.
- The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
- Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.
- Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in its original packaging with hygiene seals, tags and labels intact.
- Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24hours of being delivered.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
We offer a one year warranty on everything, if the item develops a fault within three months we can offer a refund or exchange, after three months, it is an exchange only.
There is a freepost address you may use to return your faulty item. The Freepost address is only for the use of returning faulty items from within the UK. When we receive the item back here it will be checked, if the item is not faulty and the Freepost address has been used, then there will be a charge of £4.50 for the cost of postage.
All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning. For reasons of hygiene, any item returned in a dirty condition will not be checked and the returned item will be refused. Postage costs will apply to return it back.
Any products that are returned back to us and are not faulty and do not meet the returns policy will be held for 30 days. After 30 days if we have not had a response from you, the item will be destroyed, no refund will be given.
If we suspect that the goods have been misused or damaged then we reserve the right to return the goods.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 24 hours of being delivered.
Items received that are incorrect must not have the packing opened or tampered, we must be notified as soon as it is convenient and we will advise full instructions for an exchange. Incorrect products received with security seals or sealed packaging which are opened cannot then be returned for an exchange.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can complete the returns form here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Please note if your parcel delivery is attempted and you fail to collect from the delivery company in the timeframe leading to your parcel being returned to us, you shall be liable for any costs incurred including the cost of postage to dispatch the parcel and the return postal charge.
